Nothing makes a home feel like a home more than the smell of Freshly baking bread. But who has the time for that? Well you do!  Life is Grand when you serve up hot bread for dinner that is Speedy and Yummy!

SPEEDY NO-KNEAD BREAD
3 Cups of Bread Flour
1 package (1/4 ounce) of instant yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Oil
1. Combine flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl add 1 ½ cups water stir until blended; dough will be shaggy. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let dough sit about four hours at room temperature, about 70 degrees and while this is happening go shopping at CarpetArt Home accents and design!
2. Lightly oil a work surface and place dough on it; fold it over on itself once or twice. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes more. While its resting preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put a 6-8 quart heavy covered pot (cast iron, enamel, pyres or ceramic) in oven as the oven is preheating.
3. When dough and oven is ready carefully remove pot from oven slide your hand under the dough and put it into the hot pot, seam side up. Shade pan once or twice if dough is unevenly distributed; it will straighten out as it backs. Place lid on it.
4. Cover with lid and bake 30 minutes, then remove lid and back another 15-30 minutes, until loaf is beautifully browned cool on rack slice and eat!!
Hope you enjoy this months “flour moment”!
